Monique Rouege

Monique brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education to Onboard Buddy. She is a certified CLASS trainer, a mentor to teachers, and a lifelong advocate for high-quality care. After working as a center director and lead trainer, she recognized the need for more accessible and practical training tools. Her real-world expertise is at the heart of Onboard Buddy’s course design and coaching programs, ensuring every lesson is rooted in what teachers truly need.

Zaire Rouege

Zaire Rouege is the founder of Onboard Buddy and leads the company’s technology and product strategy. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Information Technology Management. Inspired by watching his mother—an early childhood educator—struggle to retain and train staff, Zaire combined his passion for tech and entrepreneurship to create a smarter solution. Onboard Buddy was born out of that mission: to make onboarding easier, training more effective, and teacher support more accessible for childcare centers everywhere.
